Awesome Views from Big Stone Lake

3,200 square foot home featuring lower and main living areas. Built by the homeowners with minimal help from others. There are three 6-inch Enercept SIP walls, 8-inch Enercept SIP walls on the front (north-facing) side of the home, and 10-inch roof panels. The vault of the shed-style roof goes from a 10-foot kitchen wall to an impressive 19-foot living room wall with ample natural light.

The Allegiance building was a complicated project, but working with Enercept made it possible as the SIPs went together smoothly. The integration of the wall panels, roof panels, laminated wood beams, posts and custom connectors made my job much easier. When I point out that the Allegiance building is using 35% of the energy of most buildings its size, people are stunned. The total construction costs of the Allegiance building were about 25% lower than most buildings of similar quality and finish.
