The first floor serves as a vital community resource, featuring a versatile gathering space that can accommodate up to 54 people. This space features a commercial kitchen and a computer lab, providing essential technology resources for residents and community members.
Above the ground floor, the building encompasses three residential levels, offering 36 units of affordable housing. These units cater to a diverse range of needs, from one-bedroom to three-bedroom residences, ensuring individuals and families have access to quality living spaces in the city.
